The BlueSpruce database must be installed before use.
Installation
requires the minimum of at least:
 PHP, version 4.2.0
 MySQL Client / Server version 3.22.0 / 3.22.11  Not Running
 Imagemagick (optional)
 Access to MySQL account with GRANT and RELOAD privileges.
This installer will create a MySQL user with the same name as the database
and randomly generate a password for it. In addition, it will also create an
initial BlueSpruce administrator account.
Once created it will automatically log you into to the BlueSpruce system where you can begin customization.
