A new installer for GnuPG 1.0.7 is ready for download at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=20789.

There are no bug fixes in this release of the actual binaries.  The only
change is a move of the man files from /usr/local/man to
/usr/local/share/man, since the default MANPATH on OS X includes the
latter but not the former.  The binaries were also built with gcc 3.1,
but since the code is pure C, there should be no issues - the binaries
should work on 10.1.x and 10.2.  They have been tested on 10.1.5.
