I think the problem is that a configd plugin needs to be created so
the WEP key can get stuffed down to the device whenever it
(re)appears. This seems to be what Apple does for Airport.
The wireless drive already stores its key in
/Library/Preferences/org.noncontiguous.Wirelessdriver.plist. We just
need something that can shove it down when it the device appears...
