[Mac_crypto] Panther and WPA

Does anyone understand Apple's thinking in restricting WPA support to 
Airport Extreme (802.11g)? WPA was specifically designed to work with 
older wireless cards. While replacing access points may be  a 
reasonable expense to achieve the much higher security WPA generally 
offers, most Airport customers have a large investment in 
Panther-capable laptops that cannot support Airport Extreme. This 
requirement will likely delay uptake of WPA for many years.
